MAINTENANCE REQUESTS: ALL maintenance requests must be submitted through Buildium. Provide us with full details
in the description along with photos via the Buildium portal. Please do not wait for maintenance issues to become an
emergency. If after our repair technician leaves and the same issue persists or isn't fixed, please contact us on
Buildium immediately. You will be held responsible for damages if you do not. If a maintenance appointment is
scheduled, it is the tenant's responsibility for someone over 18 to be there. No-show appointments will be charged a $75
trip charge. For issues with submitting requests or rent payments, call Buildium Help Line at 888.414.1988.
